IPC First Semester Conference 2019

April 13, 2019 – April 18, 2019

Conference Details

For the first time since our founding, the International Poultry Council will host its conference in the United States. The meeting will be in New Orleans, Louisiana, April 13-18 at the fabulous Ritz-Carlton hotel. One of the most-popular destination cities in the U.S., New Orleans is famed for its cuisine, its music and its nightlife.

We have negotiated a tremendous rate at the Ritz Carlton -- the top luxury hotel in New Orleans – at the tremendous rate of US$ 199.00 plus applicable taxes. Reservations can be made on the website (click here) or with the Ritz-Carlton Central Reservations at +1 800 826-8987 using group codes WGSWGSA (Deluxe King Accommodations - $199) or WGSWGSB (Deluxe Double Accommodations - $199). Please note that block dates are April 12-19 and if you plan to stay longer or arrive earlier, group rates will be subject to room availability, therefore we encourage you to book as soon as possible. Also note that the room block cut-off date is March 15, so in order to ensure your room at the group rate, please book it before the deadline to obtain that special rate.  In fact, you may wish to book even earlier, because there’s a good possibility that due to the popularity of the area and the French Quarter Festival the week before (https://frenchquarterfest.org/), the availability of rooms may be limited.

Click on REGISTER on the bottom of this page to register for this conference. Participation is exclusive for IPC members and costs US$700.00. For non-members, please send an e-mail to marilia@internationalpoultrycouncil.org before registering. US companies members of USAPEEC, USPOULTRY and NCC are welcome to register at the IPC-member rate.

Our program this year will involve several unique and special activities, which you won’t want to miss! Plus, on April 16 we will have the presentation of IPC's Strategic Planning review. We need you all there to validate the strategy for the future of IPC.

And last, but not least, this will be Jim's last year as our Chairman, so you don't want to miss our President's Dinner on Wednesday (April 17). Make sure your travel arrangements contemplate this night in New Orleans.
